Statement from Barbara Shikiar

I have been selling residential real estate in the greater Seattle area since 1979 and during that time period have had the good fortune to represent many wonderful people and fine properties throughout the city. Real estate is a very important part of my life and I pride myself on the relationships which I have built and maintained in trying to make sure my clients and customers achieve their goals while enabling a successful, worry free transaction.

I am actively involved in the real estate community, am a Premier Director for Windermere as well as member of Forum 22, an invitational group of highly 22 respected experienced agents who are known in the industry for their high level of professionalism, achievement and ethics.

I always say, "There are three sides to every story." This is how I approach every transaction. Making sure I consider all angles and being open minded to the story that may not be so obvious. This belief and my years of experience make me a great advocate for my clients.
